I believe that this is a French word play which describes the sounds of "3L" (trois ell) which means "trois luxe" (model 3 luxury / deluxe). When read as the two symbols in French (3 & L), it sounds like "trois ailes", the French phrase for "three wings".

The Renault 4 automobile is called the "Quatrelle" (4L) or "four wings". So Troiselle probably refers to the the Renault 3, a very rare automobile produced only in 1961 and 1962.
