It depends on whether or not you believe in them.
Have YOU ever seen one? What do you believe?
Keep in mind that belief and facts are two different things. A fact is reality, it is something that is undeniable and real. For example, ice is cold, fire is hot. You just KNOW that is true.
A belief, on the other hand, is something we CHOOSE to accept as truth regardless of fact. Believe in something DOES NOT make it fact. Believing that 1000 angels can dance on the head of pin does not make it fact.

I'm inclined to think there aren't, although the possibilities cannot be entirely ruled out.
I believe in the supernatural to the extent that I am religious. Since ghosts and spirits are sort of related I would think it possible they could exist in some form, however I have never to my knowledge seen one.
I don't believe in vampires.

I would have to say no to the vampires unless of course they are wanna be's. However I do believe in the possibility of ghosts and spirits.

Ther are things happening around us that just cannot be explained either logically or scientifically so if you wish to believe they are caused by the people mentioned in your question so be it.I believe it is karma
