"this time" suggests she's left you before...but don't mind that. I'm stating the obvious so anyone who reads this will catch it quick.
You have to look at why she left you in the first place. Is there something you do? Are you an alcoholic, are you abusive, unfaithful, etc? It's also possible that she met someone else. But I'm going to assume it's on your shoulders and not hers.
The way you asked the question makes me think you're guilty of something. You will most likely not get her back. Instead of focusing on HER, focus on YOU and how you can improve yourself. If you can change whatever it is about you that sent her away, she may come back when it's time. Or not. Life is never over because of one woman. Learn and grow from this.

Sounds as though she left you a lot of times. You might want to figure out why she left you. Was it a drinking or drug problem? Are you abusive in any way? If you were a good husband and she just keeps on leaving you, you might want to move on with your life and find someone else.

Change is hard and if you think you can just change its a lie.
You have to change your life around. it takes time then she just may come back. but dont count on it. but you will still be a better man.
