There are too many other people out there to call. Call the police, call a friend, call the dog for crying out loud, but keep the ex husband out of it. Time to grow up and move on. I say a resounding NO! It is not normal to call on the ex. Call your mom and dad or your sister or your cousins best friend, but leave the ex alone.

I dont think so. Divorced people decided to lead separate lives. Why wouldn't she call someone she can trust? A brother or a friend. Maybe she has other motivation which I might not want to elaborate further, why not ask her?

Do they have children together? Sometimes ex spouse can get along and be friends. Because you divorce it doesn't mean you don't still care for one another.

depends on the circumstances
if there are children involved then there is nothing strange about it
or if the divorce was amicable then there is no problem
if my ex called me up crying that she is scared or she needs help i would tell her to call someone who cares and hang up on them

If the divorce was recent and amicable there is sometimes a (transition period) before moving on for good.

I think it's normal. Now if there's another person in the picture, that's a different story.

She has to have the full package though. Both him and his wife. She needs to get security systems installed. Really it sounds rather sappy.

That's' OK. I'm sure you guys are still friends and not enemies. You just don't get along being married but you can still care for one another.

I think that that would be the human thing to do. After all you were in love with this person and maybe still are. I think it is great.
