No, any American citizin during the time the consitution was adopted could become the President. George Washington and Jefferson for example were born during the colonial times when America was not yet founded.

All presidents were native born. The few presidents that were born before the establishment of the USA were still born on colonial soil that later became the USA.

If any President born before the ratification of the Constitution is not really considered "native born", then no, they are all not "native born". John Tyler would be the first "native born" President.

Yes. You have to be, although in the beginning of the country if you fought for the US in their revolution you could give it a run, but it never happened.
