Why won't Tomah, WI gas stations lower there prices if towns surround it are 10 cents lower?

Gasoline gets more expensive as you head away from the big burgs. They claim it's the added expenses of freight and payroll, but the truth is that they do it because people will pay it.

Maybe it's because the town is so close to Fort McCoy.
