Is there a mp3 download service that charges 49.99 for an unlimited lifetime membership? and if so which one?

My neighbor said his buddy at work got a mp3 download service for that price but my neighbor doesn't exactly know what site it is. He said it was a peer-to-peer type of site.

If it's P2P kind of site, then you can do the same things with a P2P program. When you join one of those P2P sites, they just give you software and such for downloading, its not any more legal than doing it directly from free P2P sies yourself. So save yourself the $50, you can do the same thing he does free.
