All the time. Sometimes I cant sleep, for thinking about things that I cant fix. Sometimes I wake up, thinking about what I can think about so I dont have to think about what Im thinking about. I think.....

Thinking is what we do before we decide and then take action (or not). If we go round and round with our thinking, then that isn't productive. It's time to stop and route our brains somewhere else.

YES! and it's only cause we procrastinate on what it is that we think of...But no worries as long as we think happy...then we can allow ourselves to think more often, plus it's good exercise for the brain!

its better to do something else and try to forget about it or it will keep you up all night, then your sick and miserable the next day.

it helps me to recognized that i still can't answer that things,, so when it rise again,, i can quickly notice that and skip it
