Those torx heads are a bear if you don't have the correct size driver. I don't mess with them once they get screwed up. I just drill them out (just CAREFULLY drill the head off then there should still be enough of the screw body to remove it with a pliers). The problem is the way they seize up. What I do (some current Clarion motorcycle Cb's and AM/FM's use them) is to spray them with PC blaster first (or any good anti seize) and then they come out pretty well.

the best thing would be to take it to the phone store and let them do it. but I prob wouldn't be that smart or patient enough to wait till i could get it to a store. myself so get a tiny tiny drill bit and gently drive it into the top of the screw head then when you got hold of it go in the reverse direction and it should loosen up or bring it out enough for you be able to get it with some needle nose. or if you have all the other screws out then gently turn the back counter-clock wise and that also should get it to turn until your able to get it with the needle nose good luck.

You can try a screw extractor. Its a bit that you would normally attach to a drill gun. Just dont know if they make one small enough for cellphone screws.

try superglueing the screwdriver to the screw and while u get it off use aceton or paint thinner or maybe fingernail polish remover works to get the screw off the screwdriver.
