If this is on the computer, and not the internet browser, then go to control panel, Regional Settings, and make sure that Asian Features are unticked. Good Luck

You can't read this ? My computer (it's a Mac!) simply says:
"Help! HELP ! ! ! I am being held captive in a Chinese fortune cookie factory!"
Or more simply:
