No, it isn't possible to snub a girl and keep her as a friend.
Don't "break it to her," just consistently act like a weasel and a fink --she'll get the message after she gossip with her mouse pack of girlfriends a couple of times.

if she is a friend, be gentle... white lies are ok, if they mean not hurting a person that does not deserve to be hurt... tell her you just do not feel that way about her, that the friendship means more to you..... and that you are a self proclaimed shallow person, make a joke of it, and that you do NOT want to her to see that side of you in a personal way.........
