The SIMS Bustin' Out for Playstation2......Two questions?

Question

1. At the Goth's manor, I have to buy $1000 in improvements. I've bought these people over $7000 in improvements. I've improved the house, I've bought stuff... WHAT DO THEY WANT? How do I ever get the link for the seance? I don't want to do the seance!! Is there a cheat that will bypass this?

2. At the art studio, How do they want the art arranged? I've tried it so many ways, but the possibilities are endless. What do THEY want? Also, a burgler stole one of the paintings. I moved to the club, saw it there, and sold it for the cash to do club improvements. Can I ever satisfy the need to re-arrange the art now?

for the goth's manor, you should upgrade the kitchen. their's sucks. and you need to do the seance. i'ts not bad.

for the art studio, you just need five or six people to be using their fun meters in the same room, that's all. the guitar works good (but i don't think it's available). and the video game system works good too. naturally, you do this at a party, to make sure you have plenty of people over in the first place (i know it SAYS arrange the art, but the most important part of that statement is the part where it says for an opening. an opening. you need to have a good opening. which means people.)
