No, but going into Iraq just so he could call himself a "war President" was enough for Bush to declare "Mission Accomplished." Even though there was no "mission" and the blowing of hundreds of billions of dollars, tens of thousands of lives and hundreds of thousands of families to destroy the country of Iraq and the reputation of the United States had barely begun!
