Use the link below to look at the AP credit policies of virtually any college in which you are interested. Typically, most colleges will grant credit for a 4 or 5, some will grant credit for a 3, and some will not accept AP credits. Every college has its own policy.

No, some college do not accept AP credits at all. Most college will accept AP credits though, depending on the school and it's majors it offers. If you are majoring in biology, a credit for AP Art History probably would not be accepted because it does not relate to any of the other classes you need to take at college to fit that major in any way...

You should go to www.collegeboard.com. Click on the students tab and go to the AP tests page. There on the side you can see a link that says "AP Credit Policy Info". You don't see a list of all the colleges but you can search for a certain college. Also, a lot of colleges actually accept AP Biology credit, but most require a 4 or 5 on the exam. I hope this helps.

Not a lot of schools accept AP credits, unless you specifically went to a college or university and took courses there, and the college or university specifically said it would count towards your college credits. I don't know exactly the name of the program. AP courses just look good on your high school transcripts, and thus increases your chance of getting into a really good school especially if you have good grades. I took AP classes in my high school, and none of them counted to anything. If you're desperate, call the colleges or universities you want to attend to and ask them if AP classes count towards your college credit.

All universities accept AP courses provided you pass the test.
You have to pay to take a test which scores 1-5. 3-5 is passing.
