No, he's a dictator. He gave up being a politician when he was given his second term.

~~ If I were a religious person I would describe G.W Bush as 'The Anti-Christ' but because I'm not religious I will just say that he is inept as a politician [as shown on T/V when he received the news of 9/11] and as a human being, as is his father. The Bush family in my humble opinion, are trying to create a dynasty, after the Kennedy's failed... I hope that the American people 'kick him out' ASAP; because you, and we will suffer the consequences. I am a retired Englishman and no, I don't think I'm insane.
