I'm 18 yrs old and I weight 100 pounds. I dont look my age either. I really wanna gain a couple of pounds and look a little thicker. I sometimes like how I look, but there are other times that I hate myself. I have a two year old and have a little belly. Some people say they wish they could look like me after giving birth, and ask me how I did to stay thin. But to tell u the thruth, I didnt do anything. I sometimes eat like a pig, I eat at night , and eats lots of crap too.Plz tell me how to gain some pounds and to look a little thicker. And how can I loose this belly at the same time. PLZ HELP!!!

Crunches will help you get rid of that little "pooch." Exercising in general will help you gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat. BUT to gain weight you need to consume more calories than you burn. Go to www.fitday.com and you can track your calorie consumption and put out. It's free but you've got to register.

You need to start weight training. This will increase your muscle mass make you look thicker. You can also use a swiss ball as this tones up the core muscles and you can do any toning exercise on the ball with resistance bands, that you could do in a gym! Good luck : )

Be happy. when you get older you metabolism slows way down. Then you'll be wishing you were 18. My lifestyle and how I eat hasn't changed since I was 18(6 years ago) and I am now 40 pounds heavier than when I was back then.

girl please...in 10 years you'll be on here asking the complete opposite. eat more protein...or drink protein shakes and work out that belly as it will drop more in a few years. oh to be young again.stay away from junk food. it'll make you gain fat not muscle.all the best.

Do sit ups and crunches for your tummy. Actually muscle weighs more than fat. I sure wish I could give you some of mine, because I have enough to go around. Unfortuantely due to a back injury, I can't exercise at all anymore.

There's this stuff called weight gainer 3000, its for those who work out and is available and most health and food stores. Go to one and by a canister, then make the shake and don't exercise it off.

Do weight-lifting to get toned - lots of reps with smaller amounts of weight. Do lunges and squats - this will make your legs and behind look awesome.

Eat lean protein, like chicken breasts and cottage cheese.

well ur jus like me im 19 and i weigh between 105 110 and i also dont look my age i look alot younger...thing is its in ur genes to be thin or u have fast motabolism anything u eat gets digested fast and u dont store alot of fat .....but really u shouldnt worry love ur self dont hate cuz u only got one body

wow your skinny!!! my mom was 72 pounds when she was 21 but still that skinny. you should eat alot but then not junk still exercise. but then theres nothing wrong being too skinny or too fat. it could because of your family.genetics. soo juss try your best not dont eat heka food then want to lose weight or else that wont be good.
