from someone who has spent a great deal of time studying the matter and who knows several transgendered individuals-

transgendered- think of this as an umbrella term for all of these things, but generally speaking it means someone who lives as a gender other than that which the sex they were born as would indicate.

transexual - this indicated that a person has already undergone a sex change procedure, in effect TRANSitioning from one SEX to another. Sex is physical; gender is mental.

Transvestite - this is an outdated term for any sort of transgendered individual and is usually considered very offensive.

Drag Queen - A male who identifies as male but has a female "persona" that they use for performance. Drag Queens are usually, but not always, gay men.

Corss-dresser - This is a male who identifies as a male, but likes to dress in women's clothing because he finds it sexually arousing. Cross-dressers are usually, but not always, straight men.

I hope that set a few things straight... no pun intended.

transgendered/transsexuals = These mean pretty much the same thing. A person is born a specific sex yet feels that they actually are actually the other sex and will live their live accordingly. Very often they will get a sex change.

transvestites and drag queens = The same thing. They are men who dress as women. Some of these folks are transgendered and some are not.

Cross-dressers = A person of either sex that dresses as the opposite sex. They may or may not be transgender.

You didn't ask for this - but I'll give it to you anyway. A King or Drag king is a woman that dresses as a man. They may or may not be transgender.

trans gender is a person that has a diagnosed gender nonconformity and is living as the opposite sex. Usually will seek sexual reassignment surgery. Some are attracted to the same gender they was born, few are not.Just because a person has a gender nonconformity does not make them a trans gender person.

Transsexual is when a person has had a sexual reassignment surgery or is taking medications for the change from one sex to the other. Often they will be attracted to the opposite gender they are choosing to become, few will not change their sexual orientation from before they have the sexual reassignment surgery.

Transvestite is when a person chooses to only dress and have similar appearance as opposite gender they was born. Often they are not attracted to same sex, but some are.

drag queens usually slang for very feminine male, who also has a gender nonconformity. Often homosexual. Some say a drag queen is all the worst traits of a woman that a man displays in their life.

cross dresser is a slang for transvestite, but often used more when you have male heterosexuals like to dress up as women and no other desire to look like a woman. Often heterosexual.

In male words, wonderful is sturdy searching with no completely sweet body. i'm no longer going to lie, I call my boyfriend wonderful because he has a pot abdomen lol no longer the proper body. even if people comprehend it or no longer, warm has each thing to do with a mixture of the body and the face. yet a guy may have a wonderful face and a warm body, and he'd nevertheless be warm. it truly is like a complicated equation. wonderful is a sturdy ingredient too in spite of the reality that. it truly is all contained in the guide.
