i dont want to hear yoga or arobic exercices, i mean like basketball,swimming and bycling those kind of exercises.
i was thinking that maybe swimming burns the most calories but i am not sure, what do the experts think?

cross country skiing, with swimming in second.

both require you to use your entire body for long distances.

bicycling. My friend does it competitively and burns about 3000 calories per day. He lost 60 lbs in 3 months, he's all muscle. It's the best.

depends what you like but the top two are probably Biking and Swimming, also boxing is good too but u gotta be able to take a hit

Swimming, an IM over and over again for an hour...if you live through it.

um i think if you bounce your hardest on a trampoline for an hour you will feel pretty tired
