It is just your nerves.. Nerve endings to be exact.. This typically happend when a person is not relaxed or could be from a pinched nerve. Most likely it is that you are not relaxed, such as when you are nervous, you break out in hives and start itching.. Relax.

Yes, and mine usually happens at night when I'm trying to sleep. I just get up and take an over the counter muscle relaxer like robaxacet or whatever.

Yes, my throat sometimes itches when I have a cold or allergies. I usually just drink some water or eat something to stop it.

you have an allergy. can be caused by food or meds. check to see if you ate something wrong....seafood etc. if gets worse go to emergency room as internal allergies can result in throat closing...certain drugs do that to me. have to be careful. all the best.
