You can achieve this only through forgiveness. Forgiveness can be defined as the ability to forget something and put it in the past, and to cease resenting another who has wronged you in one way or another, and go on with life. Every moment you spend depressed or unhappy is a moment lost not being happy. So don't focus on the past or sometimes even the future, but focus on TODAY, because today is what's happening NOW. They call the past "the past" for a reason. Remember that, and I'm sure you can pull through. Set your mind on something else, something you know you greatly enjoy and love and are passionate about. Spend time with someone you love, or spend time doing something you love. Just remember that they call it "the past" for a reason. What's happened has happened, and that's all there is to it. ^_^

Forgetting those things that are behind and press on toward the mark of the high calling. We will never relive the pass but has a sure future. One cannot worry until sometimes it's so stressful but do your best and at all cost be happy don't worry, Our God is in control. A person mind that is stayed on the Lord is kept in perfect peace.

What about the past is worrying you?
The past is unchangeable, however the effects can be far-reaching.
Through my faith in Jesus Christ, and asking for forgiveness for my sin, I found that I could look on the past without pain, certainly with some regret, but now its more of a "how do I learn from this? What about that situation has God used for good in my life?" I can honestly say that while the past is unchangeable, so is my God. He is faithful, and there is justice in His forgiving people of their sins when they ask Him to do so. Because that is what He said He would do. He is incapable of failing to live up to His Word.
I can be free from worry because I know I can rely on God to either show me a way through a problem, or give me the strength of spirit to endure it. :-)

You aren't the same person that you were. You have a new life, and can do whatever you want with it. There is no reason to dwell on the past. It's done, and there isn't anything you can do about it. Everyone makes dumb mistakes.

Find the stuff in your past that you've been putting off and start persuing it. Use the "bad" to motivate you! Show the "bad" that you can come out happy and successfull! Do healthy things. Volunteer. STAY BUSY!! and good luck ...

Not exactly the easiest thing in the world to do... I guess allowing yourself to "heal" and just move past it somehow.
Live & learn, really.
Have faith that it ain't always gonna end up badly, that after a rainstorm, a rainbow shines through ~ there's HOPE.

i know what you mean! first you must tell every one you know please dont talk about my past i dont want to think about it anymore! and if they respect you they wont!

and some times it takes doing your own things that reall make you happy some times being alone and clearing your mind helps alot too!

just simply remind your self that you have a future and you here you are now and thats what counts the most! ill tell you what i tell every one i live by it every day

dont worry about the things you cant change but try to make them better if possible

anouther words when people start drama and gossip dont listin to it and dont get involved just try to stay away from other peoples problems just tell them your not in it

It's not easy and it's not something that will take a day or two. It could take years. You just have to move on. I know that sounds tough and I hate hearing it too, but you have to give it time. Everything happens for a reason and everything will get better given time.

Have the courage to change what you can. The determination to accept what you cannot change. Seek the wisdom to know the difference.
