Ask them politely to depart. If they still refuse then call the police and have them removed forcibly.

I have been there twice and it is hard. If u go to the police they will tell u it is a civil matter and to go and get an eviction notice. If u want to save money do what i did. Tell them they have so many weeks to get out and remind them everyday. they will get tired of the nagging by then and leave . come the day they r suppose to move out start packing thier things for them to show that u mean it. GOOD LUCK!!!

Mom .... be the Mom ! Have a conversation and state what it is that bothers you about the person and thier actions ..... ask them to leave. At the same time speak with your local law enforcement about a eviction ... you may not need it ...but having the information ready can help you with what ever next step you may need to take. You and your child are the most important things to consider her.. .If you have a funny feeling ...you trust that !!

take a deep breath , open the door and say *out*.... but seriously, first you need to give written notice of eviction, write it out in plain to the point english........ give them 10 days notice... date it, sign it and make copies of it... also have two witnesses sign it, 2 ppl with good to great reps.... cover all your bases..... if the law has to be called to remove them, unless you have given them written notice, they will not remove them from the premisses..... make sure the witnesses that sign it also see you hand a copy to each person you want gone..... they do not have to read it, once you hand it to them, you have done the legal thing and it is their problem..... so be wise about it and do it right...... then stick to your guns....... God bless.... to start off with write,,,,, on this day, the 6th day of September, 2006, I ______ (ur name) do hereby give notice of eviction to _____ (thier full name).. let it be known that on this day stated ( see above) that 10 days notice is given , that this person and all belongings are to be removed... failure to comply to this notice will result in legal action... failure to remove all personal articles will result in the voluntary release of any item left behind on premises of eviction...... property owner/rentor___________ witnessed by__________ (date) wittnessed by___________(date)....... I suggest that you check the spelling and wording ....... just to be on the safe side you may want to go to city hall, or look on the internet and maybe find a real copy of an eviction notice...... good luck

Oh my you really have to have the police get them out. I do believe if they have lived there for more then 6 mths you have to get papers to evicted them. You should stand your grounds also. If you back down then you lost all control of the problem. Good luck.

Simply explain to them that you cant afford this anymore and that your son needs to be in a more stable, less chaotic home. If you still want to be there friends, tell them this and that your ''sorry'' but you cant handle it anymore. Just be truthful else nothing will change, good luck!
