To classify you must think of something that can be labeled and grouped under the labels. So, start with something with a big label, something with lots of smaller groups in it. The army, for example. Under that label you have generals--5 star, 4 star, etc. then I'm not sure, what's next...major generals? Anyway, you can use anything, pots and pans, fish, levels of schools, use you own idea...
