Hey I have a 1992 Honda Nighthawk 750. Its and inline 4 and two of the spark plugs are under the tank. I can see them but the tool I bought from Wal-mart is too big to pull them out with. Do I need to take the Tank off? (And If I do how!!). Or does Honda sell the tool I need (So that I don't need to take the Tank off). THanks for everyone's Help :)------- Eugene

Yes you have to take the tank off.
It is only 2 or 3 bolts, not that difficult. Once you remove the seat, look at the tank and remove that bolt. You might be able to get away with only loosening the front tank bolts and flipping the tank up instead of removing it completely. If you remove the tank, be sure to have a bucket ready to catch the gas (which you shouldn't re-use).

If I remember correctly, my Honda Shadow only had 1 tank bolt and the front was held in with rubber plugs. Yours might be the same way.

But, you should just be able to re-position the tank so you can get to the plugs without disconnecting the fuel lines.
