7-star grading is a fairly new thing and is usually only seen with the very best, newest and trendiest properties. It's also more common to see this outside the US than inside the US.
You can expect a very luxurious room with lots of amenities--- probably a whirlpool tub and separate shower, dual sinks/vanities, separate sitting area, full dressing room, you will probably have a lot of space, wet bar, top-of-the-line stereo and tv systems, oversized windows, an amazing view and probably a balcony or terrace. The common areas of the hotel will be spacious with lots of private conversation areas. There will be several restaurants to choose from and probably a full spa, fitness center, masseuse on site, etc. You will probably have 24-hour room service, car service, dry cleaning, concierge. And the service will be outstanding; anything you want, you just have to ask.
The link below has a traditional 5-star rating scale explained; make it bigger, fancier, and more expensive, throw in a breathtaking view and stellar service and that's your 7 !

You either have to be the inspector or bribe him for life! The highest category anyone recognizes is 5 stars.
