Be very, very careful with "cosmetic" or fun contact lenses. These are probably not as well made or as clean as true optical contact lenses. Clean them very well prior to putting them in your eye and dispose of them quickly.
Don't reuse them. Never ever share them. Eye infections are easier to get than many people think, and can have devastating effects within days or even hours of the onset of the infection. Partial or total vision loss can result.
My personal recommendation--don't bother with the coloured lenses. Too much risk for a little entertainment.

Um if you're blind there's no kind of contacts that are going to help you. I think what you mean to ask is if you can get colored contacts without a prescription in them, and yes, yes you can.

Now there's an image. A blind person wearing contacts. Do you mean if you don't need corrective lenses?

That will be so beautifully flattering. I love the way that looks, and Yes, you can wear colored contacts, even if your vision is 20/20. You're going to look awesome!

where have you been, for real ? anyone can wear colored contacts without a prescription. make sure you get fitted at a reputable optical store...cohen's etc. if not, you may surely be blind if you buy from a cheap beauty supply...furthermore, they have great color combos in optical stores. in fact, look online for colored contacts. all the best.
btw, i never knew of a blind person wearing contacts. seems kinda redundant don't you think ?
