Sabrina found out that her and aaron's soul stone didn't fit together. She started to have doubts and once she got to the altar she finally realized she couldn't go through with the wedding. Her cousin amanda paid harvey a visit and gave him his soul stone before she went to the wedding. At the end sabrina went running out of the church and harvey was there sitting against his bike and told sabrina that he had a feeling that the stone had someting to do with her. Sabrina said i think i found the answer and ran and kissed harvey. They drive off together and throw their stones behind them and the stones connect and become one showing that their meant for each other. When then hear aunt hilda go its about time and sabrina's dad goes looks at his watch and realizes that sabrina and harvey got back together at the exact same time that they first met.

Sabrina had cold feet on the day of her wedding. That made her go looking 4 her soulmate. She realizes that the guy she is going 2 marry is not her soulmate. She realizes that its Harvey. Eventually she calls off the wedding. She leaves with Harvey.

Well Hilda gets married and moved away and Zelda turned into a child because she saved Sabrina from being a stone.

She was going to marry the guy who's name I forget. But her heart was broken and she had to repair before she could get married, Great Aunt I dream of Jeannie said so. Her cousin helped her, anyway alot of funny stuff Zelda was there as a vase or something.
Harvey shows up on his motorcycle, he has the other half of her heart. She realizes he is her true love, ditches what's his name, and rides off with him. It is a great ending!

Thanks for asking this question because I always wondered what happened too. I watch on reruns sometimes but never saw the last one. I'm glad her and Harvey got back together in the end.

She didn't get married because she and Harvey were actually soulmates. So she and Harvey ran away together.
