First of all Congratulations!! Since this is your first pregnancy you won't feel the baby move until around four or five months. You'll feel like butterfly movements in your tummy. It's the best way I can describe it.

It varies - but sometime during the fifth month you will start feeling something like a "butterfly" feeling. By the seventh or eighth month - you will actually feel the baby turning somersaults inside you. It is an incredible sort of "alien" feeling. Enjoy this time in your life!

hi, congratulations how exciting. You should feel your baby move from about 20weeks +. It will be only you who can feel it for a while. Feels just like a bubbly feeling at first. So beautiful. Goodluck with everything = )

If you refer to the website below, it will talk to you about fetal movements. It is also a nice site to visit and putz around in to find out about what your baby is doing at its gestational age. I used it for all 3 of my children, and I loved it. I loved knowing what they were doing and how they were growing. You can subscribe to it (www.babycenter.com) for free and they will send you up to date emails that go according to your babys gestational age. congratulations, and enjoy the pregnancy, it is a wonderful experience.
