Graphics-wise: easily the 360 but the PSP has better versitility, but I can assure you that you would keep your Xbox 360 much longer than a PSP. and to be honest, its hard to compare a console to a handheld, especially when the console has way better graphics than the handheld

They are both completely different creatures. Xbox360 is a next gen console. PSP is a mobile system. As far as games, got to go eith 360. If you are always on the go, however, a PSP would be perfect for you. 360 is 400$ + games, PSP is 199$ plus games.

How can you compare a handheld to a normal gaming console? Well either way PSP is better because it has good graphics on the go, and music and movies. But seriously a real comparison would be the PS3 and Xbox 360.

the PSP is a hand held ps2. its graphics and gameplay are almost equal and it is playable anytime anywhere.
the xbox 360 has the next gen graphics and is ultra realistic( elderscrolls IV: oblivion) but it isnt way ahead of the normal xbox.
id rate them both the same.
