im about 5'7 and i thot i weighed 130 but im like 100 now -_- iono wtf happened but ya ... im mostly krn i have no problems in life ... had alot of gf ... to many -_- im cut but not bulky ... and i need to gain some weight ... musle ... i use whey protien shakes do like iono i used to do like 200 push ups a day now i do like 40 -_- and about 10 curls ups sets of 3 for each arm 1 min rest in between and ... i go to a crappy gym where i do nothing but just like lift 30 pounds with one hand and do reps of 10 for each arm 60 times and just play around xD but i dont like the machines and dont have any free weights at home exept dumbells ... help ? ^^

Keep workin out and get one of those work out tapes that help you gain muscle. Bi-cep curls and all that.

Gaining weight. Try drinkin something that makes you gain weight.
