can my travel drive still will after being washed...i left it in my pants my mistake and was outside of the pant when i got my laundry....

give it a few days to dry out before you try to use it. It may be okay. But if you plug it in while it is still wet inside, you may fry it permanently.

Perhaps buy a can of compressed air to spray into all the cracks and the connector.

I hope that you have not tried plugging it into any PC yet.

To play safe, ask around you friend to see if anyone have a drybox, those that used to keep camera equipment to prevent fungus. Put your travel drive in it for 1 day. This should completely dried the interior of the travel drive.

Then you start using it again.

use a hot air blower not to near the drive but hot air should evoparate the any water accumalation in side drive,

Ewww electronics dont like moisture more less washing it... I doubt it will work....Sorry bout it getting squeeky clean. Its worth a shot so try it.

let it completely air dry.
