If you are very small in stature and excercise a lot you my not have one. But I would suggest that you go to your gyn and have a well woman exam and have yourself throughly checked out. Pap smear and even some blood work up that would include a thyroid panel as well.
Take care of yourself...go to the doc...trust me; knowing is better than the worry that comes with not knowing. Been there.

Are you very athletic? Very thin? Many women stop having their periods when training for marathons or the olympics, etc. Your body responding to your priorities. Not sure of the health implications of this, but whether this is the case or not, you should probably speak to your physician.

Unless you mean Sept 5, 2006 and not Sept 2005, like I think you do. If you haven't had a period in one day that is normal. :-)

I'm wondering what your age is and how long you have had a period before it stopped.

I think if you had already had regular monthly periods, you should have seen a doctor within a couple months of it's stopping.....but it's not too late. Make an appointment and get yourself checked out. You could have an obstruction that requires medical attention. It could also be a nervous disorder, or causes only the doctor would be able to determine.
