I just bought 6 different Hebes for my garden. They are a great plant and each one looks different. There are 100 different species. Most are about 60 cm high.
There is one called "Pink Elephant" that has pink, yellow, and green leaves, and white flowers.
For pink flowers look for Great Orme, Temptation, Speciosa, Wiri Dawn, Orphan Annie, and Microcarpa brevifolia.
The hybrid cultivars have more plants with pink flowers. The regular cultivars are mostly white, or lavender.
The 80 cm is hard to match, there is a hybrid called Wiri Charm that is 75 cm and has rosy purple flowers.
With 100 species, and even more hybrids, you should be able to do a search, and find just what you are looking for.

Try a pineapple sage. It has beautiful blooms and smells wonderful. Apple mint is another. So is Chocolate mint. Fennel makes a beautiful show and so does Basil.
