I would say Itachi. It is clear that Itachi has defeated Kakashi in ep 82. Even though Kakashi has obtained the MS(mangekou sharingan), his body is not suited for the MS. Therefore, Itachi would have an advantage when in combat with Kakashi.

Itachi because he completed the sharingan. Kakashi is weak compare to Naruto. Its when Kakashi trains Naruto, and Naruto gets strong and Kakashi is no match for him.

We dont anythign about Itachi's Ninjutsu or Taijutsu. They both have the MS (Kakashi's slightly different)...Right now, i say a draw!!!
