We hardly talk since going through our custidy battle. Now its over she seem to text me allot. Your a cheater or Happy Labor Day.No matter how much I tell her I havn;t cheated its in one ear and out the other. It never seems to be enough. I told her that it sounds like the guilty is comming out in her.

Well the marriage is over. She has to let go. Ask her to stop and give her a reality check. She should know that her behavior only makes you sad for her. Tell her that you are afraid she will waste her life away dwelling on something that never happened. Ask her why she won't let herself be happy or does she just think she's so worthless that she would be cheated on.
If you force her to look at her self by questioning her in this way she will back off because it would be to emotionally taxing to continue.
Right now she's just trying to tax you. Don't let her. If she continues after you speak with her you should just ignore her when she gets on her "cheater" kick. She's just trying to hold on to some part of your emotion.
Oh, and if you have custody of your child I'd ignore her altogether and not ask her anything. She's being a pest. :)

to be honest whilst this is a pain JUST how much contact does she have with her child, it seems that she has very little [just a guess here] maybe this is her way [however childish it is] of retaining some sort of regular contact with both you and child.
If it does not make your life too difficult either block ALL text messages from your plan [sprint does this for free] or change your number all together.................although I think in the long run this might back fire and again depends on what type of contact is allowed within the custody agreement, if there is a NO contact order decreed by the courts then she must abide with it and you should involve your lawyer.
If all else fails you can get a restraining order on her which states very clearly that she is not to have ANY contact be it by phone, text, mail, person OR any friends or family members to do the same.
What you then have to think is.............do i REALLY want to do this action to the mother of my child???? And how will they feel once they are old enough to know / understand...

Sounds as though she cannot get over you. It is sweet that she tells you to give the kids a kiss but she should call them up on the phone and tell them that. If you did not cheat on her then just let her believe what she wants to believe. You can say it until you are blue in the face and she will still continue to think that. You should maybe have a talk with her and tell her the reasons why you left maybe there was no closure for her.

Do not pay attention to hear. She is a loser. Do not even reply her message. Or better change your telephone number. That is what you call harrasment from her. It is too bad that a person would go as low as your ex.
You will be alright though you need to move on too. Enjoy life and go for it.

Yeah you right just let her know that life is to short for these lil textin games and you dont have time. Get cha number changed or something. You have been threw enough with her its time for you to be happy.

Can you block her messages? Or just don't read them. She is playing games with you and she should grow up and get on with her life and leave you the hell alone. I can block on my phone so maybe you can too.

Just ignore her... she is obviously being a pain in the butt! She purposely telling you all this to make you feel guilty... and just want to let you think she is innocent when she is not... ignore her... she just want attention from you and irritating you...
