Breastfeeding has no effect on whether or not your breasts will be saggy. During pregnancy, the hormones prepare your breasts for breastfeeding, and after birth your breasts WILL fill up with milk (except in some extremely rare cases where the mother does not produce any milk) and get engorged.

If you do not breastfeed, the milk will dry up, and your boobs will shrink down exactly as they would if you breastfed for a year and then stopped.

However, if you do breastfeed for a year, you decrease your risk of breast and ovarian cancer significantly. You decrease your baby's risk of SIDS, ear infections, RSV, diarrhea, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, breast cancer, leukemia...

So, to recap, your breasts will sag as much as they are gonna sag due to pregnancy and genetics, breastfeeding has AMAZING benefits... Why not give it a try?

It really does not matter how your breasts are. If you are going to breastfeed, try to do so as soon as possible after giving birth so that you body can begin to produce milk in response to the baby's suckling. It is important to have a good latch on: the baby should open his/her mouth as big as possible when you latch her on. This will prevent pain from improper latching. I suggest not supplementing formula for about a month so that your milk supply can get established. If you need further help, the nurses at the hospital should have Lactation consultants who are there to help breastfeeding moms, and there is an organization called La Leche League, that also provides support for breastfeedings moms.

At first they will seem to sag, but give your body a good year and half after you're done breastfeeding your baby. and they will start to perk. Hint: Use Saw Palmetto berries bought at herb stores they help your breast perk back up naturally. Use only after done breastfeeding.

The sad truth is saggier and smaller after you are done, but even knowing this I would still breastfeed. It's very healthy for the baby.

They are firmer while you are breastfeeding.
When your milk dries up, unfortunately they are nice and stretched out, which makes for saggy boobies!

The will hit your bellybutton when you are done. But a good bra can do wonders! Remember you baby/child doesn't care what your breast look like....it's the best thing you can do as a mom.

Neither! It's the pregnancy hormones that usually make them saggier after your pregnancy is over. It doesn't matter if you breastfeed or not.

It's firm when the milk is full.
It's saggy when the milk is out.

They get saggier because the skin stretches and then forgets to go back. Stupid skin.
