Do you simply mean you are taking the picture from someone else's website? Or are you saying you exhumed a casket for your personal pleasure? If it's just the picture, I think it's fine.
If you have exhumed a body and then put it up on workhorses in a work zone, and there was no legal reason to do so, you've committed a crime. I imagine the owners of the cemetery, as well as fmaily members of the deceased, would mind very much.

That's horrible,I saw my father last year in one of them and it's very painfull to remember.
