I don't feel it. I try but I feel I know him more than what he can say to a counselour. Its hard to explain but I feel that route can't work. And I don't want it, truly. Did I not try hard enough? Or am I listening to my heart and thats a good thing?

No don't feel guilty but you could have created your own set up to work on. I found that when couples write on a card answers to four catagories and then trade the cards to each other they are often really surprised at what the other has written. It's as if they can't 'hear' it but only 'see' it. 4 catagories: 1. Now! 2. Do. 3. want/need 4. recoop/rest

Now that may not seem like much but writing it gives solidness to it. Also, these 4 are good to list individually as one will mean something to one but not the other. 1. Mind = career/resources/service/money/knowledge
2. Heart = Emotions (unmeasurable)/rythum
3. Body = Physical as in: home/nourishment, family and plus
4. Spirit = this is your talent/gift/community and should not be left out. (unmeasurable)

You were listening... you are auditory more than visual and your emotions told you that you were not comfortable but try the WRITING as others are visual and can't understand unless they 'see' it rather than 'hear' it.
