There should be a printscreen key on the top right side of your keyboard. If you press it (on some keyboards control + prt sc, fn+prt sc) see how it is used on your keyboard., it will create a snapshot of your desktop.
Then open the paint program on your computer, and press control + V, or Edit > paste from menu.
It will paste the image.
Then save it as a jpeg image on your computer.
Then you can send this image anywhere.
