Plot Outline 1:
A specimen from the moon gives Spider-man new powers and a black suit, while Spider-man must battle the new Green Goblin, Sandman, Venom, and other dangers.
Plot Outline 2 (same as above just more detailed):
In Spider-Man 3, Peter Parker basks in the spotlight with his public success as his superhero alterego. Mary Jane Watson and Gwen Stacy pursue Parker for his affections, and Parker begins to grow overconfident, neglecting those who care for him. As Spider-Man, he battles Sandman and Harry Osborn. During this time, the symbiote bonds with Spider-Man, influencing his behavior for the worse. As a result, Spider-Man has to fight the villain within, until he finally tears the symbiote from his body. After losing Spider-Man, the symbiote finds a new host in Eddie Brock, Jr, who becomes Venom. In addition to Spider-Man facing the symbiote, Sandman has an unclear role in his contact with Uncle Ben, Peter Parker's uncle, before Ben's death in the first film.

From the rumors I've heard, Spiderman 3 will feature Harry (Peter's former friend) bringing back the Green Goblin (taken directly from the comic) and Venom/Eddie Brach. For those who know about Spiderman lore, Venom is actually Spiderman's alter-ego, formed from an alien symbiot that tried to take over Spiderman, and eventually grew enough to possess knowledge of Spiiderman's thoughts and secrets and joins with Eddie Brach, who also dislikes both Peter and Spiderman.

Harry uses his dad's suit and glider to try and kill Spiderman. The Sandman and Venom are guranteed. Also, it was confirmed that the 4th villian will be the Black Suit Spiderman.

Spiderman getting arrogant....and confronting the Venom suit HArry Osborn might become the new Green Goblin and when Spiderman gets rid of the costume it falls onto Eddie Brock..its gonna be spiderman vs 3 maybe four villians

Harry is not the only enemy. There is Venom. Sandman and spidrman himself. I dont know if if peter and mj get married. I saw peter with an engagemant ring in the trailer.

Spiderman somehow gets ahold of a specimin from a moon rock that gives him new powers (Venom) =-) He has to deal with the new Green Goblin and Sandman while he learns about the symbiote and its evil (Venom)

My guess is there will be some sort of villian, spiderman will save the day, and they'll leave the ending open for a sequel. hope that helps.
