Because that is what is hyped as "in" by media, and the trampier the stars get, the trampier all the rest of the country aspires to become. Because apparently men dont think about sex enough. So women make sure that there is nothing that would hinder men's imaginations from thinking about them naked.
That and women are so bloody competitive with each other that they feel the need to flaunt what God gave them in order to snag a man. If a guy wants to be with you cuz you're popping out of your clothes, he probably won't stick around for long.

No -- they are not sluts.
It's a fashion trend. It has the trappings of "whore fashion', which is probably your real question.
Women burned bras, wore mini-skirts and halter tops during the early 70's.
Why the "whore influence" -- it's hard to say, I'd guess hip-hop videos, desperate housewives and the like. And the "annie fanny" look of Pam Anderson, women being able to mod their bods for attracting men.

Yeah thats a good question i know girls that wear these like silk pants and then their *** goes hanging out disgusting,well lets just say that you pin point the girls that aren't wearing underwear or thongs.I've girls just like guys sit down and half of their *** is hanging out of their pants.The rolls of fat start layering up when they sit down.I feel for the guys of my generation because there're some ugly fat girls out their.Sorry but All girls that eat too much and sit on their asses all day should consider getting some excercise sometime soon.

Being conservative and classy I think is becoming more attractive to men. You can be confident and dress a bit less provocative and still be sexy as hell. It gives guys a come and find out sort of option....
