Some people put a single or a few dots on their hand, what is that for ?....

There are various dot tatoos which are, to the best of my belief, associated with time in jail:
Th emost commonly encountered are 3 dots between teh thumb and forefinger, for "all cops are bastards", and 5 dots placed like on the face of a dice for alone between 4 walls, for prisoners in solitary confinement.

It means your like in a gang or you've been to jail or you killed someone one of those I cant remember

They usually indicate the person with them is a convicted criminal
