Sorry, don't know about Nevada, but a lot of states, like the province of Ontario are starting to establish graduated licensing programs. Graduated licensing means that you cannot be fully licensed and have full driving privleges until you complete the steps in the program. It usually takes up to 2 years. One year of driving under supervision of an experienced driver, followed by one year of driving alone, but with certain conditions. Check with the DMV nearest to you.

Dear dont even drive and be one of those who are taking part in the oil crisis.The truth is I SEE the truth about it all and not one of you look at it as deep as I DO.You have to come to understand this.Stop sucking the blood out of MOTHER EARTH,did you ever stop and think,why is oil deep within the world.Dose any one know,this,what happens to an industrial machine when it runs low on oil.

thats probably a good idea more states and provinces where i live should adopt some kind of policy like that...there are so many bad young drivers out there, they should force everyone to take more classes than they already have in place...drivers ed for me was a bird course
