Arabized Arabs (Musta'riba) were those who had bonds with Genuine Arabs (Aariba) through treaties, marriage, protection agreements, etc. They speak Arabic as native language, they abode by the Genuine Arabs rules, traditions, customs and values. Though, they're not Arabs by origins. They came from north as Bedouines and lived side by side with Genuine Arabs.
Some sources stated that Genuine Arabs were natives of Southern Arabia -now Yemen, Oman and southern parts of Saudi Arabia, and that Arabizing started when some Arab tribes left the south after the first destruction of Ma'rib dam // mainly referred to as Children of Sheba, and headed towards Syria.
Other sources stated that Genuine Arabs were natives of Yemen only, and according to Prophet Muhammad's companion Hassan Ibnu Thabet (The Poet) "Yemenites were the only Arabs before Ishmael," but for they were speaking the three semite languages Aramaic, Hebrew and the old Arabic, Ishmael was the first one to speak the Qur'anic Arabic (Fus'ha).
Therefore, Ishmael is best-known as father of the Arabs -as Abraham known as father of the Muslims.
There's no longer such use for this definition, as Prophet Muhammad stated in his last sermon "All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over black nor a black has any superiority over white except by piety and good action."
