Milk does a body good, and JoBu lives by that statement. I am a sucker for chocolate milk, but regular 1% hits the spot nicely as well.

kinda i hate the smell though I'm really picky about it i wont drink it if its been sitting out for more than 10 minutes if the carton has been in the fridge for more than 5 days and stuff like that
