I can't format my AIM sn. I would like to add spaces and caps, but I keep getting an "unknown error" message?

AIM of course stands for AOL Instant Messenger. I just thought I'd put that out there, haha. And I've tried doing it on the different computers in my house and I got a friend to do it for me at her house, but it wouldn't show up after she did it. I tried restarting the computer and when I tried to reinstalling the entire program it didn't work either. :-(

If i were you i would uninstall it and reinstall it again.that may be fix it.
