It is likely that she is shy, afraid that she is ugly "down there" or unclean. Let her know that you think every part of her is beautiful, especially her vulvular area.
Don't push- insisting on it will just make her more uncomfortable. Spent a lot of time sucking her belly-button, licking and biting her inner thighs, while rubbing her clitoris (make sure your finger is wet- it is not self lubricating and will hurt otherwise). You could also try licking and sucking the tip of her pinky finger (which is about the same size and shape) while manually stimulating the clitoris. A few weeks/months of sex with this will make her much more familiar with you being in the general area.
When she's ready, turn from licking her thigh and lick the vulva. Spend time on this before heading to the clit; she needs time to adjust, and, if she's not ready, this gives her a chance to tell you to backoff. Making a bee-line for the clitoris can make a woman flinch-- it's very sensitive!

I have a friend that has a problem with this. She is always telling me that when her husband wants to do this she is not comfortable, because no matter how much she washes, she still does not feel clean. I don't know if this is why your girl don't want it, but it may be a suggestion.
Also, she my just be uncomfortable with the point of you being down there. You do know there are a lot of things that might happen that could be very embarrassing. She may be over analyzing this.
Talk to her!!! She may have her own conclusion of why she does not want this. Just bring the subject up when you are alone, and not while leading to sex. Just a friendly conversation.

you need to give her time and allow her to explore her own sexuality at her own pace. When I first started, I did not like it nor did I like the well it felt. Don't force her. It may make her feel uncomfortable just thinking of what we go through as women down there and how unclean it can feel at times.

Sounds like you need a real woman, she probably still believes in the old wives tale, you pee down there , it's nasty, Get her all drunk, and talk her into it. Like, " just let me go down there and try, if you don't like it,, I'll stop. People have boundaries, comfort zones. Don't be imposing this or any sexual act on your girlfriend. She may not be ready for it, she may not like it... Whatever the reason may be, don't go out of your way trying to get her to do ANYTHING that she doesn't feel comfortable with. Be a gentleman.
