Teddy bear
It is a old classic country song/story about a crippled boy who loved 18 wheelers cause he used to ride with his dad in one all the time well his father dies and he gets on the CB and talks to the drivers in the end of the song 18 wheelers were in live blocks long to give the little boy a ride...Totally makes his day.
I think this song is touching because it is about the kindness in peoples hearts and one small deed can mean the whole world to another.
