i would like to see the documentary finished, but i think that about 5 minutes before he gets attacked they should cut it and possibly have his wife finish the film.

i say that just because the man was passionate about conservation and animals. i would think that he would want the program to air, of course i feel that his wife should have the final say. and the tape should never be copied, it should be given to his family and never released in full.

Personally I think it would be insulting to the memory and image of Steve Irwin, just like how people are bringing up the baby near the croc incident. I think the old Latin quote definitely says it best:
"De mortuis nil nisi bonum" meaning "Say nothing but good about the dead."

The media will not even have the chance to show it unless the family lets it out as the "police" or whatever they are called down there have turned over the tape to the family and have stated that the only way it will be shown is if Terri and the family decide to show it.

I dont think it would be poor taste at all. Maybe a little disrespectful in the way they issue it but his true fans and family (if they werent there) deserve to know the truth and all details, as long as the media keeps it truthful and tasteful it shouldnt be a problem.

i believe those were his wishes they said he wanted it like that if he would die in one of his adventures he wanted released on TV,,,, that's what a reporter and producer said that Steve Irwin wanted that way and told his wife and put in paper so i don't know ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i believe he died doing what he loved doing and he would of wanted like that,,,,to me it would be so hard to respect his wishes though he lived so dangerously that eventually if was going to happen ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but never did i think with a stingray ,,,,,,,,,,,,?

It would be in poor taste, but then again we watched three wars on CNN so i am sure it will make it onto some television show...if not it will definitely make into onto the internet.

It would be in poor taste. He was liked by so many people. I don't think most people want to see him dying.

about everyone i know... actually some guys i know would think it's cool but of course that doesn't count. I mean seriously, don't you think the wife and kids seeing it once is enough... If the media showed my family's death I would be mad... I would be more than mad
