Go to the hospital!!! You should drive him, since you kicked him! Take him to the ER because that sounds pretty serious!

You kicked your friend there! Some friend you are. Obviously there has been serious damage done and he needs to get to an emergency room as quickly as possible before it haemorrhages uncontrollably and also there's a risk you have caused permanent internal damage. If you're being truthful, this guy is in trouble and any delay could be life threatening.
Next time you are fooling around, don't aim for the genitals. You may live to regret this buddy. Be more mature.
