I am at the age for the change, and my heart did that. I ended up having a heart attack, and they figured out that one side of my heart beats too slow, and the other side beats too fast to try to make up for the slow side. I'm on medication now. See your doctor.

I don't think those are syptoms of menopause, though they sound like symptoms of a stroke or other heart condition. I would go talk your doctor and have all the possibilities check out.

When you put your body against the earth and its really silent sometimes you can feel the earth's heart beating, and when you're pressed really close like that sometimes both your hearts beat as one. Two hearts thudding with passion and life.

I was told yes, but it also depends on family history. Be safe and get checked by a doctor first before listening to others!

sounds more like atrial fibrilation to me .. go see yr doctor and ask for an echo cardio gram (ECG) just to rule it out.
signs of the menopause are more likly to be hot flushes, sleepless nites, head aches, irregular or no periods.

They sound more like anxiety - perhaps about approaching the change of life.
